Now we’re cooking!
We incorporate interactive classes that make the experience fun and engaging for children. Children explore new foods, overcome food aversions, and develop a more adventurous palate. Through gradual exposure and positive reinforcement, we empower children to expand their food choices and enjoy a wider variety of nutritious foods.

About the program

Evaluation:

To assess why your child is a picky eater, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation encompassing your child’s medical history, dietary habits, developmental milestones, and family dynamics. This evaluation may involve nutritional assessments, exploration of sensory issues related to food, consideration of any underlying medical conditions or psychological factors, and collaboration with other specialists if necessary.

Why it works:
We take the focus off eating and concentrate on culinary creativity: food experiments, color, blending, and building edible creations. We even practice handwriting by creating menus and taking orders. Depending on access, we even plan shopping lists (with food delivered to your door). Lastly, we address etiquette and small talk.
